Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Swipenest Innovations Pvt Ltd (“SwipeNest”, “we”) handles the personal data you share through the early-access (“founding spot”) form on www.swipenest.com. We process it in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and city.
- If you are a creator: what you create and a link to your content.
- The time you submitted the form.
- Your IP address, kept for up to 2 days only to stop spam and repeated submissions.
Why we use it
- To review sign-ups and shortlist people for early access to the SwipeNest app.
- To send you one confirmation email after you sign up, and to contact you by email or phone about early access.
- To prevent duplicate sign-ups and abuse of the form.
We do not send marketing newsletters from this form, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your consent
By submitting the form you agree to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us (see below); we will then delete your details and stop contacting you.

These providers process the data only on our instructions. Only authorised SwipeNest team members can view sign-ups.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until early-access onboarding is complete, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the SwipeNest app launches, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you then create a SwipeNest account, the app’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you,
- correct or update them,
- delete them, or
- stop contacting you.
We will respond within 30 days.

Our confirmation email comes from noreply@swipenest.com. This address does not accept replies, so please use the contact below for any question or request.
Contact and grievances
Email info@swipenestinnovations.com with the subject “Privacy”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
